How It Works: Dedicated AI receptionist number

LeadRescuePro gives your plumbing company a separate AI number for overflow, after-hours, campaign calls, and forwarded traffic.

1) Routing

The flow rings you for 10 seconds first. If unanswered, the AI receptionist takes over and captures the intake details.

Use it where coverage is needed

Rings You for 10 Seconds
AI Answers if Unanswered

You choose the routing path: regular overflow, nights, weekends, campaigns, or backup routing.

AI runs the intake + booking flow

Dedicated Number Answers
ZIP → Intake → Booking
Lead Summary Created

Short, practical questions. Outcome is callback-ready, prioritized, or marked out-of-area.

2) Qualification (ZIP first)

  1. AI asks for ZIP immediately Service area fit is tagged first so your team gets context quickly.
  2. Tagged as In‑Area or Out‑of‑Area All calls are logged. Out-of-area can be filtered and handled by your policy.
  3. 3) Intake (fast, practical) Job type, urgency, short description, name (if provided), caller number.
  4. 4) Booking (when possible) Booked → confirmed. No availability → Callback‑to‑Schedule.
  5. 5) Address (only after qualification) Collected only after ZIP qualifies and booked/callback is created.
  6. 6) Everything goes to your Lead summary Google Sheets can be synced as a reporting projection if enabled.
