Service Level and Limitations Disclaimer

1. No Guarantee of Call Conversion
LeadRescuePro does not guarantee that any inbound call will convert to an appointment, service job, or paying customer.
2. No Guarantee of Revenue Increase
LeadRescuePro does not guarantee increased revenue, profit, market share, lead quality, or business growth.
3. AI Accuracy and Automation Risk
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or contextually unsuitable. Client is responsible for reviewing and validating all call outcomes, ZIP qualification outcomes, and appointment details.
4. No Uptime Commitment
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without a guaranteed uptime percentage unless separately agreed in writing.
5. No Liability for Plumber Availability
LeadRescuePro is not responsible for missed opportunities caused by client staffing, response delays, no-shows, callback timing, or inability to perform booked work.
6. No Liability for Incorrect Client Configuration
LeadRescuePro is not liable for outcomes caused by incorrect or outdated client-provided ZIP lists, call routing numbers, schedules, escalation settings, or integration credentials.
7. Third-Party and Telecom Carrier Dependencies
Service performance depends on Third-Party Services and telecom carriers. LeadRescuePro is not liable for outages, latency, routing failures, dropped calls, carrier filtering, provider policy changes, or infrastructure disruptions caused by those parties.
8. Emergency Use Disclaimer
Services are not emergency response services and must not be used as a substitute for 911 or local emergency dispatch systems.
9. Liability Cap Reference
Any liability arising from Services is subject to the contractual limitation of liability cap stated in the Terms of Service, including the cap at fees paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim-triggering event.
